Shipping:   
            We ship UPS Ground for domestic orders.  Because of this, we can not ship to PO Boxes.  Our orders typically ship the next business day after they are received, and you can expect to see your stuff 4-8 business days later.  Expedited shipping may be available to certain areas-- please contact us if you are interested in faster shipping methods.  Our standard domestic shipping rates are $8.95 for orders under $175 and $10.95 for orders over $175.

                    Our international orders  ship via US Postal Global Express  Mail.  The shipping cost does NOT include any customs charges,  duty charges, or import taxes, which can be significant.  Please contact your local customs office or postal service for more information about these costs.  The shipping time is 4-6 business days + however long it takes the package to get through  customs.  The flat shipping fee is $25.00 to Canada and $35.00 to any other international destination, regardless of order amount. We may be unable to ship to certain countries at certain times.  If there is any problem processing your order, we will contact you.       

Returns/ Exchanges:
            We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the goods are in clean, saleable condition (i.e wear your undies while trying them on).  Worn or used products will be accepted only for reason of manufacturer defect.  We will credit your card for the full amount of any returned product, not including the shipping cost.  We do not reimburse for return shipping costs, but we will pay the shipping to send you back any exchanges. 
Please include a copy of your invoice with any exchange or refund and a note regarding your wishes (at least those wishes that apply to us).

Privacy Statement:
            We do not sell, rent, or release in any way your information to third parties.  We simply use this information to get you your product.  We do periodically send out emails to people who have purchased from us in the past or have requested to be on our email list.  These emails are meant only to let you know about new products and events, and you can opt out of receiving them by emailing support@harlotwear.com and telling us so.

Sales Tax:
            We collect sales tax for orders shipped within New Mexico, where we are based.  Most states that have sales tax require their residents to personally remit the appropriate sales tax for any out-of-state purchases.  It is your responsibility to remit any appropriate taxes to the proper tax authorities.
